DEPOSITS
☆ A $100 non-refundable deposit via GlossGenius is required to book! This will go towards the total price of your tattoo. Deposits cover lost wages, drawing time, and time that may have gone to another client in the event of a cancellation or no show.
RESCHEDULE/LATE POLICY
☆ As a professional business, our success depends on a mutal respect of time. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation and a new deposit will be required to reschedule at a later time.
☆ We understand things happen, and allow one reschedule that will honor your deposit if it's more than 48 hours notice.
☆ Another deposit is required if date changes again (twice) without 48 hour notice. Deposits are valid for only 8 weeks after the second reschedule if you have not chosen a new appointment time.
☆ We may refuse to perform services on clients we deem unfit for the tattoo process. This includes people who are pregnant, under the influence, or minors. The State of Texas prohibits tattooing a person under 18 years of age, regardless of parental consent.
☆ A valid ID OR valid passport is always required for proof of age at your tattoo appointment. No exceptions.
PAYMENT
☆ Deposits are paid via GlossGenius
Please bring cash for the remaining balance of the tattoo day of your appointment or you will be charged processing fees, taxes, and more by the credit card company.
GUEST POLICY
☆ You may bring ONE guest for support. Guests will be asked to wait in the waiting area. Tattoo appointments can be lengthy, and boring for those who accompany you. For liability & safety purposes, please leave small children at home. Anyone under 18 is not allowed in the tattoo studio.
MISCELLANEOUS
☆ Your drawing will be ready for you to see on the day of your appointment ONLY. I am more than happy to make simple alterations to the design during your scheduled appointment time.
☆ If you have changed your mind about the design, or want drastic changes that were not communicated in your initial appointment request, this will count as an entirely new design and will require another deposit as well as a new appointment.
☆ Address is given after a deposit is received for privacy purposes.
